CD-Rom Help

If you are having problems viewing the videos on the interactive CD-Roms, try installing the latest version of QuickTime by following these instructions:

  1. Download the latest version of QuickTime (Free Download). This download is FREE.
  2. After downloading the installer, follow the step by step on-screen instructions.
  3. When you reach the screen asking you to install MINIMUM, FULL or CUSTOM - choose CUSTOM.
  4. The next screen will allow you to check several options - check them ALL.
  5. When you reach the registration screen, just leave all the fields blank.
  6. After you've completed the installation, restart you computer and play the interactive CD-Rom.
